Dress Care, Damage & Late Return Policy

Many dresses in the Evening by Sirak collection are rare, delicate, vintage, embroidered, beaded, or limited pieces. To preserve the condition of each dress for future customers, we kindly ask customers to handle all rented items with care throughout the rental period.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the dress and any borrowed accessories from the moment they receive them until they are returned and inspected by Evening by Sirak.

What Customers Must Not Do

Do not wash or dry clean the dress or accessories.
Do not iron, steam, or apply heat to the dress or accessories.
Do not bleach, spot-clean, or attempt to remove stains by yourself.
Do not cut, sew, tape, glue, pin, or alter the dress without written approval.
Do not repair or modify any part of the dress or accessories yourself.

Normal Wear

Minor signs of normal wear may be expected with dress rentals. However, excessive damage, heavy stains, missing embellishments, strong odors, or damage that affects the dress’s future rental condition may result in additional charges.

Damage or Loss

Customers are responsible for any damage, loss, heavy stains, missing parts, or unusual wear that occurs during the rental period. Examples may include, but are not limited to:

Heavy stains from food, wine, makeup, mud, or other substances
Fabric tears, holes, burns, or pulled fabric
Broken zippers, hooks, straps, or closures
Missing or heavily damaged beads, sequins, embroidery, or embellishments
Strong odors, including smoke or other difficult-to-remove smells
Lost or damaged accessories, including borrowed vintage bags
Damage that prevents the dress from being rented again

Damage charges may be deducted from the security deposit. If the cost of repair, cleaning, replacement, or loss exceeds the deposit amount, the customer is responsible for the remaining balance.

Late Return

The dress and any borrowed accessories must be returned according to the confirmed return schedule. Late returns may affect another customer’s reservation and may result in additional charges.

If a late return affects another customer’s booking, the customer may be responsible for any related loss, additional rental charge, or compensation required due to the delay.

Security Deposit

The refundable security deposit starts from 2,000 THB. The deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after inspection, provided there is no damage, missing item, late return fee, or additional charge.

ความรับผิดชอบของลูกค้า

ลูกค้าต้องรับผิดชอบต่อชุดและอุปกรณ์ที่ยืมไป ตั้งแต่ได้รับชุดจนถึงเวลาที่ส่งคืนและทางร้านตรวจสภาพเรียบร้อยแล้ว

สิ่งที่ลูกค้าห้ามทำ

ห้ามซักหรือส่งซักเอง ทั้งชุดและอุปกรณ์
ห้ามรีด อบไอน้ำ หรือใช้ความร้อน กับชุดและอุปกรณ์
ห้ามฟอก แช่ ลบคราบ หรือพยายามทำความสะอาดเอง
ห้ามตัด เย็บ ติดเทป ติดกาว กลัด หรือดัดแปลงชุด โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตจากทางร้าน
ห้ามซ่อมหรือแก้ไข ส่วนใดของชุดหรืออุปกรณ์ด้วยตนเอง

การใช้งานปกติ

ร่องรอยเล็กน้อยจากการใช้งานปกติอาจเกิดขึ้นได้ในการเช่าชุด อย่างไรก็ตาม ความเสียหายที่มากเกินปกติ คราบหนัก ชิ้นส่วนสูญหาย กลิ่นแรง หรือความเสียหายที่กระทบต่อการนำชุดไปให้เช่าต่อ อาจมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม

ความเสียหายหรือการสูญหาย

ลูกค้าต้องรับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหาย การสูญหาย คราบหนัก ชิ้นส่วนที่หายไป หรือการใช้งานผิดปกติที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างระยะเวลาเช่า ตัวอย่างเช่น:

คราบหนักจากอาหาร ไวน์ เครื่องสำอาง โคลน หรือสารอื่น ๆ
ผ้าขาด เป็นรู ไหม้ หรือผ้าดึงรั้งเสียรูป
ซิป ตะขอ สายชุด หรือส่วนปิดยึดเสียหาย
ลูกปัด เลื่อม งานปัก หรือชิ้นส่วนตกแต่งหลุดหรือเสียหายผิดปกติ
กลิ่นแรง เช่น กลิ่นบุหรี่ หรือกลิ่นที่กำจัดได้ยาก
กระเป๋าวินเทจหรืออุปกรณ์ที่ยืมไปสูญหายหรือเสียหาย
ความเสียหายที่ทำให้ชุดไม่สามารถนำไปให้เช่าต่อได้

ค่าเสียหายอาจถูกหักจากมัดจำ หากค่าซ่อม ค่าทำความสะอาด ค่าเปลี่ยนทดแทน หรือมูลค่าความเสียหายสูงกว่ามัดจำ ลูกค้าต้องรับผิดชอบส่วนต่างที่เกิดขึ้น

การคืนชุดล่าช้า

ชุดและอุปกรณ์ที่ยืมไปต้องถูกส่งคืนตามวันและเวลาที่ตกลงไว้ การคืนล่าช้าอาจกระทบต่อคิวของลูกค้าท่านถัดไป และอาจมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม

หากการคืนล่าช้าส่งผลกระทบต่อการจองของลูกค้าท่านอื่น ลูกค้าอาจต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่าย ค่าเช่าเพิ่มเติม หรือผลกระทบที่เกิดขึ้นตามจริงจากความล่าช้า

มัดจำ

มัดจำแบบคืนได้เริ่มต้นที่ 2,000 บาท โดยมัดจำจะคืนภายใน 24 ชั่วโมงหลังตรวจสภาพ หากไม่มีความเสียหาย ของสูญหาย ค่าคืนล่าช้า หรือค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมอื่น ๆ
